Toy is too cheaply made, was a real disappointment for my child.July 8, 2010 jhs3k(USA) My 5 year old loves this toy. Unfortunately the cheap foam rubber straps that hold it to his wrists broke in less than 30 minutes. Another disappointment is the lack of a red light for the laser. Instead it shoots little discs (only comes with 3) which would have been lost by now if the toy itself was still operational. I suppose it's good for the imagination, he tries to pretend it works as intended. Refund or disassembly w/ heavy modification (if you feel up to the challenge) are really the only options until a better version comes out.
great toy!April 24, 2010 Amy C. Miller My almost 4 year old really loves this toy! So far it's very durable and held up to lots of abuse. Really sparks his imagination. Great value too!
Toy Story Buzz CuffsFebruary 13, 2010 M. Hodgin(FL) I bought this for my 3 year old grand son for Christmas. He loves Buzz Light Year and he loves this toy. In fact it is still his favorite 2 months after Christmas. He plays with it continually and loves pretending to be Buzz.
Big Velcro problemJanuary 21, 2010 G.B.(Santa Rosa, CA) This toy had a lot of potential but unfortunately The Velcro pulled loose the first day and on the other cuff the plastic with elastic tore off. My four year old was not rough with it. I have not been able to find a replacement for it at the store or on line. It was such a cute toy if it was usable and sturdier.
Plastic is flimzy and broke at the first useDecember 30, 2009 Selena Castellanos You would think they would use canvas or velcro, instead they used a cheap rubber that broke the first time he played with it...very disappointing.
